1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Alcohol Free Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Alcohol Free Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their alcohol-free journey, monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and maintain motivation for sobriety goals.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Premium Subscription

The App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions available on weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App and varies by platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and region.

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period (typically 7 days). After the free trial period expires, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed through the respective app store platforms.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your device's account settings:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the price change date.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• • Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App
• • Freedom from errors, bugs, or interruptions
• • Security of data or protection against unauthorized access

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALCOHOL FREE TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• • Business interruption
• • Personal injury or property damage
• • Emotional distress or relapse

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alcohol Free Tracker regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
